Marlie & Jay poured their heart and souls into planning their destination wedding in San Jose, Mexico. They had over 100 of their closest friends and family travel to celebrate along the beaches and the colorful streets of San Jose, and under the stars at Tamarindos Farm for their wedding ceremony. To know these two is to love them, and I’m beyond grateful to have them in my life.

A few (of many) unique things that stood out from their wedding was a fortune-telling bird at their reception, something that I’d never seen before. A lively choreographed first dance that included fireworks. And a saxophone player that ad-libbed to a jam-packed dance floor.

I will never get over how much fun this celebration was, truly one of a kind and so beautiful!

Emily and Sean are the salt of the earth kind of people. I love their lifestyle, and how they raise their kids to work hard alongside them and to play even harder. If anyone deserves a double rainbow at their portrait session, it would be them 🌈🌈
